Delivery and Installation

Purchasers of the Gold Package simulator will enjoy a pair of options to receive their simulator.

Free North American shipping via wood crate is included -- Overseas Shipping is available at additional cost based on location. The simulator will be delivered mostly assembled, with more important hardware safely and securely stored for transport. Information and instructions will be available for how to safely remove and re-install components.

Our White Glove Install Service is available at an additional cost. This service is strongly recommended for clients whose desired simulator location is not easily accessible for a (mostly) assembled simulator without removing components. The installation of the simulator is performed by one of our experts, who ensures safe disassembly and assembly of the simulator, as well as proper recalibration on-site.
